School Values

Recently, Years 3, 4 and 5 were posed the question, "If we were a can of soup – what would it say on the outside?" The children's ideas matched with what our website mentions. It says….

St Paul's Cathedral School is a Christian, co-educational community where the values of love, justice, tolerance, respect, honesty, service and trust are encouraged and practised to promote positive relationships throughout the school community and where the safety and welfare of each child is of the utmost importance.

The result is this poster, with fairness and community representing justice and service. This is what we believe in here at St Paul’s. Now the most important thing about values is that they cannot just be values that hang on a poster. It needs to be what we do everyday.
