Odd Socks Day

Odd Socks Day marks the start of Anti-Bullying Week. SPCS also joined and marked the occasion by wearing odd socks to
symbolise our differences and accept one another. Rev. Paula used Odd Socks Day to show us some of her favourite hobbies at our Cathedral assembly. The school know her as a seasoned and enthusiastic walker, so we weren’t surprised to see a walking sock, but not all the pupils knew she is also an expert on Jane Austen: hence the second choice of a Jane Austen sock! Her central message was to encourage us to respect the differences we enjoy and to stand up to say NO to any bullying!
