Our Pre-prep pupils took to the Cathedral crypt for their Harvest Festival performances, and what a joy they were! Parents and guests gathered to watch the children share their songs and readings in one of the most atmospheric settings a young performer could hope for, and every one of them did us proud.
Harvest is a time to be thankful, and it is also a time to think about people who have less. Each year we support the Spitalfields Crypt Trust, an East London charity that helps people affected by homelessness and addiction. You can find out more about the charity here. A heartfelt thank you to all our parents for your generous donations of food. Every tin, packet and jar will go towards supporting the Trust’s work, and it means a great deal that our families gave so thoughtfully and so willingly. It’s a lovely lesson for our youngest pupils in how much a small act of kindness can do.
